Winter at Bystock Pool

We had a lovely evening celebrating the New Year in last night finishing with a wonderful view of a local firework display put on by a nearby luxurious hotel.  Meals were eaten, wine and non alcoholic wines drunk and various games played, we all had fun.  Our first New Year celebration since lockdown.

Not surprisingly we woke up late today and decided to go for a short stroll around Bystock Pools.  It was a fairly grey still day and we enjoyed the quiet of the moment although there we very few birds or other wildlife around.  Happy New Year to you all.
