Beetroot

Today was another day where I had to immerse myself in learning about the new product. The day was top and tailed with a number of discussions with my boss and, in a later call, I met the Solutions Engineer who works on our product but, mainly, I was listening to product videos.

I did get myself out of the house for a thirty minute walk around the block this evening. I do wish that I could get back into the habit of a #OnMyMorningWalk but I am struggling with the motivation. I was delighted with the beetroot and chickpea meal that I cooked for dinner tonight but less impressed with the picture which turned out to look much less vivid that the actual dinner did.
