Weymouth paddling with all the friends to celebrate all that 2022 had given us . It was windy and cold so Mike and I danced in the waves to keep warm . It was fine !
Got through a tub of 2 pence pieces in the arcade and had lunch at a sea front cafe . Laughed our way through the day .
Evening at Patrick , jackie and Madeline’s air BnB with haggis, neeps and tatties and champagne . Dancing and games until we had to leave . Our ferry crossing was cancelled for the next day so we had to leave early to beat the storm and travel overnight to get back home to Ireland . We saw NewYear in at a service station near Barry Island while filling up with fuel …. We weren’t the only ones !
