Start 2023 with...

Fish Pie! After all the Christmas food and yesterday's delicious Keralan meal we just needed something quick and tasty! It's one of Jack's favourite home meals.

I had good New Year phone calls with my son and my sister. Jack and I watched an old Roman Polanski film, The Ghost Writer with Ewan McGregor and Pierce Brosnan.....quite exciting!

No walking today as it was raining on and off. I have made a resolution to walk more even if I walk alone. I used to do a big village circuit 5 times a week pre covid. Then it slipped to only walking with a friend which I want to continue. But I must get back to solo walks.
