Leafy View

Looking at our house from the condo parking lot on a lovely New Years Day  We didn't make any resolutions this year - too many failures in the past! 

Tonight we watched the New Year's Concert by the Vienna Philharmonic which was broadcast on our local public television station (PBS).   It included ballet as well as orchestral pieces played in a beautiful and wonderfully spacious hall.  As you might expect, works by Johann Strauss were featured--waltzes above all.
