New man on the branch

Shy and secretive, never feeding for long, I present Lancelot , the new resident Knight Hummingbird of Dogcorner. I expect he'll be called Lance and hopefully will soon be snapped a bit closer. He's stretching his wings and busy watching for his fair maiden this morning. Sharpie had a post that was much lower and was a much more willing model.

A bright Goldfinch , Purple Finch and a Woodpecker share branches with him this morning.

Off to a routine dental appointment and some errands.
