A hole in the wall

This picture shows how in Ishmael's new family living with his uncle his uncle's children do not realize that there's more to him they only see the surface of his sorrows the small cracks, but his sorrows go much deeper seen through the small hole. It shows the depth to which the traumatic events he witnessed have marked him.
