Its funny isn't it, yesterday I had a bit of energy - not a lot but certainly enough to go for an easy walk for a couple of miles.  But not today.

I'd woken with all these plans for what I was going to be able to get done, but by the time I'd breakfasted, showered and dressed I was forced to the realisation that, actually, today is largely going to have to be sedentary.  It's a shame because, as you can see from this shot of one of the local jackdaws, its actually a rather nice bright day outside.  

Still I'm sure if I just do the right thing and take it easy, things will gradually keep improving.
