Mucked Out

Well that was a particularly pleasant long loop of a ramble. From Rumbling Bridge, arcing to Pool of Muckhart, and then on in a zig zag to Yetts o'Muckhart. 2 below when we started, but never feeling too cold in the winter sun - the stretch from Rumbling Bridge to Ley's Farm, a little before Pool, was particularly pretty, and gave the best views.

Pity I don't get both of the Scottish New Year bank holiday days, so it's back to the grind tomorrow.

But this is something we need to make more time for - 2022 was remarkably bereft of any real walking, for various reasons that are now much less apparent. Good for the soul, if not for the now-aching legs and shoulders (had the camera rucksack loaded up with kit plus lunch plus a flask of tea). Time to make a list of walks for good days I think...
