Leeds-Liverpool canal

A beautiful, bright day with lots of blue sky. We drove over to the Leeds-Liverpool canal at Rodley to walk and enjoy the reflections on the water.

The towpath was like a super highway, with walkers, walkers and their dogs, joggers, joggers running with dogs (mild peril)! And cyclists.

The canoeist had the right idea!

Parts of our walk were shaded and the breeze was chilly as we headed westward, after 1.5 miles we turned back to Rodley which was in sun and looked picturesque.
