Nice day…

Hi Everyone,

Well today was my last day of my holidays and back to the workshop tomorrow… I went to visit an old friend today… not seen them for about 18 months… She seems to be in a bit of a pickle and is on the happy pills to overcome her anxiety which she is suffering from. Fingers crossed things will improve for her in the future.

100% back on the diet now, which is good news and feeling a lot better after being under the weather recently.
