Don't you just love the red sands of the Northern Emirates?

After yesterday's disappointment with the Portugal/Morocco football result, there was more bad news in the morning when we learnt the result of the England vs France quarter-final match. England have crashed out, yet again, on penalties.

We decided a drive out would be nice, and as The Cellars had their weekend promo again, we headed there. More Christmas presents were bought, and we did some food shopping for the next few weeks. G drove us up there, so I got to take the pictures from a fast-moving car. There were clouds in the sky again, so I clicked away, though sadly, most of the pictures are not worth keeping. :(

I can't believe the weekend is over so soon.
