A day of rest

First opportunity to read our book club book - and very strange it is too.  I've not worked out what is going and cannot guess the reason for the penguin.  I'm planning to de-Christmas tomorrow so just enjoyed the chill out time.

Martin cooked a roast beef this evening, since although we still have James with us, he is back to work tomorrow (from his bedroom), Martin has a meeting in the morning and Ben and Sophia have jobs to get....  I'm off work for the rest of the week, but will be spending two of those days driving people home as there are no trains running.  Grrr.

Happily we still have one more family day planned before they all disappear.
