Skiddaw

At last we got a lovely winter, sunny frosty day after a week of heavy rain. we had a drive around locally, but as the weather was so good and most people are back at work tomorrow after the Christmas break. Everywhere was parked up.
We did manage to get a one car space at Isel bridge, so got a few pictures. This one shows the mist down on Skiddaw, and you can just see covering of  snow below the cloud line. The sun was shining nicely on the sheep.
