Sunshine at last

After lots of gloomy weather over several days, it was nice to have a bright sunny day today. After breakfast I took J to Queens Gardens as we wanted some exercise after all the eating over the last few days. It commemorates Victoria, rather than Elizabeth I had been here before with R. It is gradually being restored and it does look better. I also took a shot of a ‘red squirrel’ statue in the garden. We do have red squirrels around here, but I haven’t seen any. Now I’ve seen a statue. After lunch J left us and it was back to normal for us. Happy 2023 everyone.
