Tulips from.....

....the Pound shop, bought in the Autumn and planted. Looking lovely amidst all the wind ,rain and even sleet this morning. Decided to blip them by leaning out the front window and pointing the camera quickly in their direction as quickly as possible as the rain was torrential at that point. In between we have had sunshine but still very cool.

Two wee rays of sunshine arrived with their Mum and fairly cheered us up today! Eve is obviously trying to encourage her teeth to appear. Poor wee girl was going for another round of inoculations this afternoon. Euan was lively as ever and had to be persuaded to play indoors. He loves outside but today it was just too wet!

Just been down the wood with Rona and she had to have a bath when we returned she was so muddy. Last night we heard her whimpering as she lay sleeping while we watched tv. We thought she was dreaming and called her name. She got up and seemed to flounder, her legs did not seem to be moving normally. We really got a fright and began checking her over. Relief beyond belief when we noticed her dew claw had snagged the hair on one of her floppy ears. It must have been painful and was immediately remedied with a snip of the strand of hair and the trimming of the offending dew claw! She is right as rain today.
