The Secret Garden

Had a quick walk around the Botanics to get my steps up. A crystal clear blue nippy winter day. The old head gardener’s house moved stone by stone from the first site of the Botanics and rebuilt in the new ( as it were, back then) Botanics. Such a beautiful simple building.

You’d think it had been carefully lit for a film scene or advertisement but it was just the last of the sun filtered through leafless trees.
