Tootsies!!

Bruised, battered and blistered and tonight they'll get more of a battering, going training because the next challenge is on Sat, first Kyu (junior black belt) grading eeekkkkkk I can't wait!!
I wasn't gonna go training was going to go Wed instead, rang Sensei to tell him he didn't answer but then a text came through See you tonight, for grading practice!! Guess that was me told then.
So i am going, i have stretched, had a sauna and a nanny nap this afternoon, that's all the recovery time allowed!!
Roll on that bloody holiday i say, where i can lay back on the beach thinking of my last 2 achievements!!!

Right best be off going to catch up with you lot before i go!
