An early start - I had set the alarm for 0630, but we were both awake by 0600, so we got up.  Abbreviated morning ablutions, quick breakfast, and packed the car - we were on the road by 0715.  Despite the early hour, everyone got up to see us off - well, actually, the boys got up because that's the sort of time they always wake.  And Milo refused to say goodbye, though he did tell his mum she had to!

Uncomplicated trip to Holyhead, where we found the car charger at the port.

Noisy crossing - lot of kids returning home from their Christmas break.

Long but straightforward trip across Ireland.  All unpacked, 1st load of washing on, drinking chocolate, crisps and biscuits for supper; soon be time for bed.
