Great Massage

Most Mondays I join a group at Avenue Bread for breakfast. We became friends through a support organization called Dementia Support Northwest. I joined the group in 2014 when Arvin was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. This group made all the difference during Arvin’s and my journey until his death in 2017. Before then, thanks to some of the members of the group, we had developed a group that gathered socially outside the support group. And many on us are still getting together regularly and staying close. Georgeann is giving Betsy a massage in this picture. Both have been caregivers and Betsy now is on the staff. As always we have so much to share when we meet for breakfast.
