Walking the Limehouse Cut

Must be feeling better as I walked nearly 20,000 steps today. Helen and walked down to Greenwich and then through the foot tunnel to the Isle of Dogs. We cut up through Millwall Park and then alongside the Millwall Dock to Canary Wharf and Westferry before walking along the Limehouse Cut to Three Mills (we didn't find the canal particularly picturesque - urban and edgy, perhaps - but at least we know that for future reference) before it started to get dark. Got the 108 bus back to Westcombe Park.

Later on, I went for a couple of pints at the River Ale House. Was chatting with one of the 'real ale Daves' when we were joined by a London-based Port Vale fan - much Crewe/Vale banter followed!
