Planted Trough

1. I slept much better
2. Positive physio appointment
Then popped home via this trough and snapped it!
When home I was looking for one of the the 3 steak and mushroom casseroles and found one! So pleased about that - so that’s our tea sorted for tonight. I’ve still got lots of prepped meals in the freezer that I had made before I went in for my operation, so it makes tea easier.
The Christmas decorations and cards etc are all down, the room I’d bigger and feels cleaner.
I’ve got an exercise regime to do today and go up the stairs in a different way, but I can relax a bit this evening.
Tomorrow being Wednesday my sister is coming here to see me, so that will make a nice change. Starting to get back to normal life.
