At the beach

Our first walk at the beach this year. We’d a lovely sky to start the walk but the weather quickly changed to wind and driving rain.

This afternoon we were at a local hotel for an ex colleague’s birthday lunch. It was lovely to meet some old friends but the service from one of the top local hotels was glacially slow despite the restaurant being empty. Not the first time we’ve been treated to poor service in this particular hotel.
