My body needed to move today but my head needed to stop. I walked and walked.  The seals aren't getting a look in today on the platform.
Excellent and quick care at the hospital last night for Mum.  We got sent home after a few hours as waiting for blood, test results etc would see us sitting in the waiting room in A and E for a further 4hrs.  We weren't allowed to be with her while this was happening. I got a call early hours saying Mum could go home. Not a heart attack but a lung infection that gave  the chest head and neck pain. Apparently she will be prone to this as an after effect of radiotherapy. 
Today her pain is a lot better and hopefully the antibiotics will sort the infection.
