Comfort

Definitely a comfort breakfast, if somewhat unphotogenic. At least it's better than my first effort, which was before I'd added the spoonful of sesame oil, and hence was simply.....oatmeal coloured.

Another day mostly on the sofa, but moving about more. Black eye still quite impressive - not thinking of going out!
