Made it…

…back on to the yoga mat this morning after a break that was far too long! Over a month since I last practiced and boy was I aware of that this morning!

Anyway…onwards and upwards facing dog as they say ;-)

Allowed my new t-shirt it’s first outing too. Had my eye on this t-shirt for a while and then wee Es gave it to me for Christmas :-)

Grateful for finding my yoga mat again…not that it was lost, just I wasn’t picking it up.
