We've had a lovely 10 days away but it is rather nice to be back home now - very much looking forward to my own bed tonight!

Forgot to say my wonderful husband did the Etape in his best time! 5 hours and 9 minutes! And that was with a stuck chain at 5 miles and a crash at 24. You should see his bottom - very grazed and badly bruised! We've been laughing and wondering what time could he do if he actually did some proper training instead of his current training regime of the odd ride interspersed with copious food and alcohol! He could perhaps get a bit closer to my brother in law's time of 4 hours 20 minutes!
