Ticket to Ride: Europe

We awoke this morning to several inches of snow - it was hard to tell exactly how much, since wind overnight had formed drifts. According to the news, we hit blizzard status for a short while overnight with three consecutive hours of snow or blowing snow, wind gusts over 35 mph with 1/4 mile visibility. We also broke the record for the greatest six-hour temperature drop from 41 degrees F ( 5C) to 2 degrees F (about minus 17 C)! The high temperature during the day today was 1 degree. North of us, it was even worse. Needless to say, it was a day for indoor activities, including making mince pies, playing and singing carols, and in the evening a game of Ticket to Ride Europe, as shown in my blip, helped along with coffee, followed by some egg nog and chocolates!
