Bush Creek waterfalls …

….. ….. and Missy very alert and ready to run.
We had a great walk today, getting further up towards the Bush Creek Saddle than we did in January 2022. The saddle gives onto the flank of CoronetPeak and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’d be an easier walk to start from the Coronet side. Next time!

There were lots of people up there, mostly bikers but some walkers as well. I was intrigued by all the wildflowers blooming. Lupins were profuse up there, being higher, plus what may be St Johns Wort, or Ragwort! The flowers are different, both belonging to the Asteraceae family. It was cooler today, thankfully.
