‘09.20 GMT 10C rain, sunny intervals, 24 km/h WSW’

It was raining heavily as I set out on my run this morning,  wearing all my wet weather trail running gear. By the time I  finished, the rain had suddenly cleared, leaving just a hint of the sun!
