Started the morning with a call from my dads wife K to say my dad was in the Western General Hospital but nothing to worry about! She needed me to pick her up to go in and pick him up. He was taken in (via cab) at 4am with prostrate issues.

He’s some man!

All ok now. He has a catheter in for 2 weeks.

Afterwards I had another gym session before returning something to the shops then tidied Ip the garage and sis a run to the tip.

I then took L in for some ten pin bowling and got her a junior membership before treating her to a Starbucks.

She’s back to gymnastics tomorrow night. She’s in for a shock!
