Update

I said I would bring blippers up to date with results of my air frying. I've cooked various vegetables (including fluffy roast potatoes), steaks, a joint of beef, re-heated frozen pies - and chips - of course.  All to a high level of success.   Clean and easy to use.   I am a convert.
