Running...

...round the loch while I waited on my boys. It was a nice fresh night and the birds were chirping away. I left my earphones and listened to them as I chugged round:-)

I never tire of Stirling Uni campus it's in such a beautiful setting.

I think there was possibly a hill race on Dumyat...set off a bit of a false alarm when I neared the finish line but ran past it instead of through it;-)
