Hydrangea in Waima

The rain outside the window of my office had stopped. The road had dried out. I had done all that had to be done. So I packed up and planned to stop at Western Springs on the way home. Only to be met with rain as I exited the car park. So I just headed home.

I felt the need for some exercise, and decided to have a walk. The rain made me a little damp, and the humidity made me damper. Nevertheless, it was a good walk, and I got a photo of an unusually coloured hydrangea in a nearby street, shortly after I had picked out a mallard duck in the distance (today's extra)
