Soon be gone

Belton Village Hall, where Charnwood Voices meet for choir rehearsal, has a wonderful panoply of Christmas decorations, but I expect they'll all be down by the time we meet again next week.

We are looking at Mozart's Solemn Vespers before the Come and Sing event on Saturday 14th. It's not at all solemn, very joyous in fact. I recognised Dixit Dominus and Laudate Dominum straightaway. Need to get to the practice website to try and master the notes now.

Did manage to book a hair appointment in Shepshed for tomorrow.
