Thursday

A morning and early afternoon on the sofa then headed to the supermarket for a few bits and picked up some pain meds for Mum. Dropped them off to her and by then it was dark so a quick blip of the harbour from the car then back to the sofa. 

Really  feeling the lack of therapy over the holidays, still got a week to go.
