A Light

…………………..bulb shade moment!

A fleeting visit from MC and the little one this morning as they came to pick the car up…little one wanted to stay with Gan, let’s hope that he wants to next week when MC is off skiing and he’s staying several nights!

An afternoon of walking and talking in Berwick with the ladies from the walking group…I’d walked over but got a lift home and as it was still light I walked the prom so my step count is over 13k. A salmon salad for tea to keep up my healthy regime, hoping to see some pounds disappearing from somewhere other than my purse!
