Or maybe it should called something else since it can be cut into squares and eaten like a cookie (biscuit in the UK). It is tasty with pineapple,coconut and pecans in a custard type filling.

In the ongoing saga of what else can happen… I woke up with a pain in my neck that I thought was just from sleeping in a bad position as I cannot turn my head to the left without it letting me know it is not happy. Still hurts this afternoon so probably a visit to the chiropractor’s office tomorrow while Jerry is at PT. He is doing somewhat better. Ice packs are his friend. He did manage a short walk outside using the walker.

The car goes to the shop on Monday even though it may take a week to get it back. It has to get in line. I really hate computerized cars.


We had an amazing sunrise this morning. Made me smile!
