High point

A trip out to recce a walk for the Wild Walkers in February.
The start was promising but just over half way round we were presented with a ploughed field and no sign of the path. What’s more there was no sign of the bridge across a stream or a path across the ploughed field beyond.
Nothing for it but to backtrack for over half a mile and find another way, which involved a lot of road walking.
Decided at the end to go to the pub for lunch, then go home to look for another walk.
