Lavender

Today has been a travelling day, we got away from Hanmer around 10 am, getting home earlier than we thought which was nice.
On the way home I got a call from the optomitrist to say my new glasses had arrived.  We unpacked and got sorted then went to Timaru to get them fitted, then to the supermarket.
An easy and early tea from the chippie.....blue cod and chips.  Scrumptious.

Thank you for your lovely comments, stars and hearts while we've been away - there hasn't been any time for journals, its very kind of you all, and hope I haven't bored you with our family goings on.

I've just heard from our Wellington lot, they're on the ferry and its raining.  They will soon be home.
