What a wet morning!

I had a GP appointment this morning. The weather didn’t look too bad so I was debating whether to wear my quilted coat or raincoat when the heavens opened. Raincoat then!
Walking down the road was like paddling down a douit. It was a bit wet to take pics but I managed to get this pic at the top of Pier Steps looking down towards the harbour.
Bloods were fine so I live to fight another day.
When I got home there was a card to say my parcel had been left at the shop next door so I went down to collect. It’s Seasalt cords so a paper parcel and it was a bit soggy. Apparently it had been dripping when the postie took it in and they’d been doing their best to dry it out. My lovely green cords inside were dry though!
