I'm out

I was feeling a bit brighter this morning and really wanted to get out of the house after a few days of not even getting off the sofa.

I joined Phil, Bella and Peggy on their morning walk.
I didnt do the whole route and cut back early on a more direct route home.

In hindsight I maybe should have done quite so much as it wiped me out a bit but it was so nice to be outside again.
