Locomotion

I've blipped this before and also photographed it for the sculpture project.  But it was the only thing I had time to photograph today.  And I was pleaed to see it wasn't taking part in the rail strike.

I was actually at the Passport Office just next door to this building doing a Fast Track renewal of my passport.  At the passport offcie the lady said if I ever look like the picture in my passport photograph I will be declared unfit to travel!
