A quick walk to a cafe on campus this lunchtime was a nice break in the day, as was my lunchtime book. I’m re-reading Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier which is good so far except for the pencil underlines and annotations that a previous student has left on the pages - very annoying.

Glad to have got to Friday evening - it’s felt a long week considering it was only 4 working days.
