Oasis.

The (now closed) Oasis in Swindon is a well known landmark in the town. Somewhat controversially, it was declared a Grade 2 listed building. There has been talk of trying to get it delisted ( by developers, but certainly not by the active “Save the Oasis” Facebook group).
