New boiler

Our boiler was condemned just before Christmas (for emissions) but luckily not switched off.  We had it replaced as soon as we could by these two very personable chaps, Ben and Charlie.  But wow what a mess there was.  When the dryer was removed I found about 20 tea towels, a couple of dog toys and a mouse's nest behind it.  The mouse's nest looked quite old so went in the bin and the rest has gone in the washing machine!

Ben and Charlie were here from 8.30am until about 6.00pm but happily I was at the pub with Sandra for some of that time having a long overdue catch up.

Indian takeaway has been ordered and Friday night has commenced with a G & T.
