Picked up a hire car in the morning and then picked up the girls from school and we headed to Arran camping. The forecast was not good, when we left Embra, it was glorious, when we arrived at Ardrossan it was pishing down.
For the four of us I had two wee tents which I pitched in heavy rain but then it all cleared.
It was a trip for a Alan's birthday that I have not attended since we had children and I use to go climbing. But this time I headed with Anna, Rosie and Beth. My first camping trip with the three of them.
It was excellent, thankfully helped by the other families that were there.
