Leaving Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

We arrived at Paris Chalres de Gualle Airport after a very comfortable and quick (5 1/2 hour) flight.  The airport was very busy at 6 am, but we managed to get though immigration and get our bags fairly quickly and then went to look for a taxi.  The queue moved quickly and we were soon on our way to our apartment in the 13th arrondissement (a district in Paris). 

We arrived without getting stuck in early morning traffic and were at our apartment by 8 and in bed shortly thereafter!  We woke mid-afternoon and had some breakfast and then got to unpacking and settling in.

It's wonderful to be here and to feel so much at home!
