Soooo irritating

Having spent some considerable time typing out an exceptionally long and detailed email to work, I was not best pleased when, on pressing 'send', said email vanished into cyberspace never to be seen again. For the second week running. And I thought I'd pressed the wrong button or something last week. A quick trawl online reveals this is a known iPad/iPhone random bug with no known cause or fix.
So here I am typing it all out AGAIN. With help from a glass of Pinot this time. It seems to have gone to the right place this time
