Diverse

Another day - another coffee shop Blip. 

I promise to try to diversify. 

I see no prospect of sitting around with coffee and cake tomorrow, or Sunday, so that is a good start. 

I was back at the farm shop this morning and so now I have some ideas to keep me interested in the kitchen, plus most of the ingredients I expect to need. I even bought tofu to use in a curry. Aye, exactly.

It is now in the freezer, as suggested by the recipe. Frozen tofu... 

Anyway, having filled my shopping trolley with random goodies and had my usual gossip with the staff, I adjourned to the coffee shop next door to contemplate the meaning of life and the ills of the world. 

Their blueberry crumble cake looked good, so that was that really.
